I've taken a break from posting to my blog for the past year, but I'm inspired again now that I have another house project to chronicle. Bathroom demo starts on Monday. I have been working on the design and sourcing for the past two months.
Here are the products we will be using:
Faucet: Restoration Hardware, Lugarno
Lighting: RH, Asbury
Towel Ring: RH, Lugarno
Pedestal Sink: Toto, Carrollton
Medicine Cabinet: RH outlet
Toilet: Toto, Eco Promenade
Tissue Holder, RH, Lugarno
Shower System: Rohl
Floor tile: 1-inch black and white hex, Lowe's
Wall Tile: white subway (not shown). Lowe's
We are keeping everything white with chrome finishes and vintage/classic to match our 1920's Craftsman style house. A friend will be doing a mural on one of the walls to bring in color.
Coming Up Next: Before pics and the demo
This bathroom will be a steel-themed one, I might say. It's a great theme to achieve a modern look that's trending these days. Today's interior designers are really becoming busier and busier, because the demand for renovation and remodeling of houses is also getting higher. You'll get to notice the change of ratio sometime, and don't be surprised!
